1. Review and accept Minutes of previous meeting held on July 19, 2006.
2. Review and recommendation to the City Council on revisions and corrections to the enacted B-7 zones.
3. Communication from staff regarding the current state of parking requirements in Portland and the history of parking and traffic studies.
4. Discussion of proposed Study Committees regarding:
aPublic Works Site, Bayside.
bCity-owned land on the Eastern Waterfront containing approximately three acres.
5. This Meeting will take a break just before 7:00 to relocate to the Merrill Rehearsal Hall for a Community Meeting [beginning at 7:00] regarding the redevelopment plan for City property in Bayside, including the siting of a parking garage in the area. The Committee will be joined by:
