| 1. | NO WORKSHOP PUBLIC HEARING – 7:00 p.m. 1. ROLL CALL AND DECLARATION OF QUORUM 2. COMMUNICATIONS AND REPORTS 3. REPORT OF ATTENDANCE AT THE PREVIOUS MEETING HELD ON FEBRUARY 8, 2011 No Workshop Meeting Public Hearing: Lewis, Morrissette, Lowry, Hall, and O’Brien present; Patterson and Silk absent. 4. REPORT OF DECISIONS AT THE PREVIOUS MEETING HELD ON FEBRUARY 8, 2011: i. International Marine Terminal; 468 Commercial Street; Maine Department of Transportation (MDOT), Applicant. The Planning Board voted unanimously (5-0 Patterson and Silk absent) to grant three (3) waivers and voted 3-2 (Lewis and O’Brien opposed, Patterson and Silk absent) to grant a waiver of the curb and sidewalk along Commercial Street. The Planning Board voted unanimously (5-0, Patterson and Silk absent) to approve the Stormwater Permit with one (1) condition of approval and approved unanimously the site plan application with two (2) conditions of approval. ii. Pearl Place Phase II; 184 Pearl Street; Avesta Housing, Applicant. The Portland Planning Board voted unanimously (5-0, Patterson and Silk absent) to grant one waiver , approve the Stormwater Permit with two (2) conditions of approval and approve the site and subdivision plans with six (6) conditions of approval. 5. NEW BUSINESS (7:00 p.m.) i. B-7 Text and Height Zoning Amendment; City of Portland, Applicant. (7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., estimated time subject to change.) The Planning Board will hold a public hearing to consider text amendments to revise certain sections of the B-7 Zone pertaining to surface parking provisions and text amendments to reduce the minimum building height requirements and revise the Bayside Height Overlay Zone Map. This item was tabled on January 11, 2011 to this date. 6. EVENING WORKSHOP i. B-1/B-1-b Text Amendments for On-Peninsula Zones, City of Portland, Applicant. (8:00 p.m. estimated time subject to change.) The Portland Planning Board will hold a workshop on proposed zoning text revisions to increase the allowable residential density within the on-peninsula B-1 and B-1b zones.
