The Planning Board will hold a public hearing to consider text amendments to revise certain sections of the B-7 Zone pertaining to surface parking provisions and text amendments to reduce the minimum building height requirements and revise the Bayside Height Overlay Zone Map. The Portland Planning Board will hold a workshop on proposed zoning text revisions to increase the allowable residential density within the on-peninsula B-1 and B-1b zones.
