| i. | Acceptance of Review and Findings of Fact for the Morrill's Crossing Approval |
| The Portland Planning Board voted 4-0 (Lowry recused; Patterson and Silk absent) to approve the Findings of Fact. |
|
|
| ii. | Comprehensive Plan Amendment and Zone Change in the Eastern Waterfront Area |
| The Portland Planning Board voted 0-5 (Patterson and Silk absent) on a motion to recommend the policy amendment to the Comprehensive Plan, thus the Board does not recommend the policy amendment.
- The Board voted 0-5 (Patterson and Silk absent) on a motion to find proposed zoning consistent with the Comprehensive Plan and recommends to the City Council, therefore the Board does not recommend the proposed zoning
- The Board voted 4-1 (Patterson and Silk absent; Odokara opposed) to send a communication to the City Council suggesting a revised text for the proposed EWPZ

| i. | Mercy Hospital Site Plan; Vicinity of the Fore River Medical Campus; Mercy Hospital, Applicant (7:30 - 9:30 p.m.).
|
| The Portland Planning Board will hold a public hearing to consider the revised first phase proposals submitted by Mercy Hospital. The applicant proposes to construct a new medical facility on the Fore River site located on the Portland peninsula's far west end. The first phase of the medical facility consists of a 5-story shart stay hospital (137,832 sq. ft) and a 4-story medical office building (80,054 sq. ft) with associated parking (783 spaces) and associated access, servicing and landscaping.
The revised Master Plan for the entire Medical Campus will also be considered at this hearing. The site was the subject of a contract zone agreement in 2001. |
