Brentwood Parcel Master Plan– Addendum for Evergreen Master Plan, Friends of Evergreen Cemetery, Applicant. (3:30-4:30 p.m., estimated time subject to change.) An addendum to the Evergreen Master Plan is proposed to incorporate the 6 acre Brentwood Parcel into the long-term plans for the Cemetery and to develop the parcel as a memorial garden with columbarium walls. ii. Adams School Site, 48 Moody Street, Preliminary Level III Site Plan and Subdivision Review,Avesta Housing, Applicant. (4:30-5:30 p.m., estimated time subject to change.) Avesta Housing is proposing a 16-unit affordable residential condominium development on 0.74 acres of land at 48 Moody Street. REPORT OF DECISIONS AT T HE PREVIOUS MEETING HELD ON NOVEMBER 23,2010 i. Text Amendment to Allow Farmer's Market in a Community Hall, City of Portland, Applicant. The Planning Board voted 4-0,(Hall, Morrissette, Patterson and Tevanian present; Lewis, Silk and Lowry absent), to recommend the amendments to the Portland City Council; ii. 629 Congress Street; Burnham Arms Parking Lot, Burnham Arms, Applicant. The Planning Board voted 4-0, Hall, Morrissette, Patterson and Tevanian present; (Lewis, Silk and Lowry absent), to approve the site plan as it is in conformance with the site plan standards of the land use code,subject to the following conditions: The applicant shall receive a Certificate of Appropriateness from the Historic Preservation Board for this project prior to the release of any building or site permits. 5. NEW BUSINESS i. Farmer’s Market, Conditional Use Review; vicinity of 3 Gray Street, Irish Heritage Center, Applicant. (5:30 p.m., estimated time subject to change.) The Irish Heritage Center is proposing to hold a winter Farmer’s Market at the Center on Saturday’s from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. ii.
