| 1. | LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT CITY OF PORTLAND PLANNING BOARD On Tuesday, December 14, 2010 at 3:30 p.m., the Portland Planning Board will meet in Room 209, 2nd Floor City Hall. The agenda includes the following with estimated times that are subject to change. WORKSHOP–3:30 p.m. i. Addendum to Evergreen Master Plan, Brentwood Parcel, Friends of Evergreen Cemetery, Applicant. (3:30-4:30 p.m. estimated time subject to change.) An addendum to the Evergreen Master Plan is proposed to incorporate the 6 acre Brentwood Parcel into the long-term plans for the Cemetery and to develop the parcel as a memorial garden with columbarium walls. ii. Adams School Site, 48 Moody Street, Preliminary Level III Site Plan and Subdivision Review, Avesta Housing, Applicant. (4:30-5:30 p.m. estimated time subject to change.) Avesta Housing is proposing a 16-unit affordable residential condominium development on 0.74 acres of land at 48 Moody Street. The plan includes improvements to open space and a playground on public land. PUBLIC HEARING–5:30 p.m. i. Farmers Market, Conditional Use Review; Irish Heritage Center, Applicant. (5:30 p.m. estimated time subject to change.) The Irish Heritage Center is proposing to hold a Farmer’s Market at the Center on Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to 2 p.m. ii.
