1. LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT CITY OF PORTLAND PLANNING BOARD

On Tuesday, November 23, 2010 at 3:30 p.m., the Portland Planning Board will meet in Room 209, 2nd Floor City Hall. The agenda includes the following with estimated times that are subject to change.

WORKSHOP
–3:30 p.m.

i.
66-68 High Street; Subdivision and Level III Site Plan Review, Children’s Hospital Partners, Applicant (3:30-4:30 p.m. estimated time subject to change.) Children’s Hospital Housing Partners propose to renovate the main building at 66-68 High Street with 20 units and construct a building addition with fifteen (15) housing units and fifteen (15) parking spaces below grade.

ii.
Portland Technology Park Preliminary Level; III Site Plan and Subdivision Review, Portland Economic Development Department, Applicant. (4:30-5:30 p.m. estimated time subject to change.) The Portland Economic Development Department is proposing a planned unit development off Rand Road in the Office Park Zone. The subdivision includes a phased development plan for 1,400 linear sq. ft. of roadway, utilities and seven building sites.

iii.
Text Amendment to allow Community Centers, City of Portland, Applicant (5:30-6:00 p.m. estimated time subject to change.) The Portland Planning Board will hold a workshop to consider a text amendment to allow community centers as a permitted use in I-L zones.

PUBLIC HEARING
–7:00 p.m.

i.
629 Congress Street; Burnham Arms Parking Lot, Burnham Enterprise, Applicant. (7:00-7:45 p.m. estimated time subject to change.) The Portland Planning Board will hold a public hearing to consider a plan by Burnham Enterprise for a parking lot with eight (8)spaces.

ii.
Text Amendment to Community Hall Definition; City of Portland, Applicant. (7:45-8:30 p.m. estimated time subject to change.) The City of Portland proposes a text amendment to revise the community hall definition to include a farmer’s market within Community Halls located in an R-6 Zone.
