4. REPORT OF DECISIONS AT THE PREVIOUS MEETING, HELD ON OCTOBER 26, 2010


i. 2 lot and 3 unit subdivision and Site Plan; 208-212 Hicks Street, Diversified Properties Inc, Applicant. The Planning Board voted unanimously (6-0, Lewis absent) to approve the subdivision subject to conditions of approval;
-voted unanimously (6-0, Lewis absent) to approve the site plan subject to 3 conditions of approval.

5. NEW BUSINESS


i. 184 Pearl Street; Pearl Place; Phase II, Preliminary Site Plan and Subdivision Review, Avesta Housing, Applicant. (7:00 – 7:45 p.m., estimated time subject to change.) The Portland Planning Board will hold an evening workshop to consider a preliminary plan by Avesta Housing for a total of 54 apartments in two buildings at 184 Pearl Street. The units are proposed as affordable housing with a mix of one, two and three-bedroom units. The site is in the B-7 zone with street frontage on Pearl and Lancaster Streets.

ii. Wind Ordinance; Land Use Code Text Amendments, City of Portland, Applicant.(7:45-8:30 p.m., estimated time subject to change.) The Portland Planning Board will hold an evening workshop to consider a proposed ordinance to allow various types of wind energy generation systems in most City Zones, including residential, business, industrial and the Recreation Open Space Zones. The Planning Board will make a recommendation on the proposed ordinance to the City Council at a future public hearing.
