The Board voted 5-0 to approve the application, subject to conditions. iii.Certificate of Appropriateness for Site Alterations;100 CHADWICK STREET; Maine Medical Center, Applicant. The Board voted 5-0 to approve the application, subject to conditions. iv.Certificate of Appropriateness for Window Alteration;104 NEAL STREET; Corky and Carla Clarke, Applicant. The Board voted 5-0 to deny the application, based on findings that the proposal failed to meet Standards #2 and #10 of the historic preservation ordinance. 4.PUBLIC HEARING i.Certificate of Appropriateness for Proposed Sidewalk Tip-down Treatments; Locations throughout Portland’s Historic Districts; Department of Public Services, Applicant.
