| The Portland Planning Board voted 5-1 (Anton opposed; Lowry absent) to approve the conditional use, subject to two (2) conditions of approval and voted 6-0 (Lowry absent to approve the site plan, subject to eight (8) conditions of approval. |

| The Portland Planning Board voted:
- 6-0 (Lowry recused) that the proposal is substantially in accordance with the conditional rezoning agreement, subject to one (1) condition of approval;
- voted 5-1 (Odokara opposed; Lowry recused) on a motion to waive sidewalk on one side of Morrill Street (east side);
- voted 1-5 (Odokara, Silk, Tevanian, Patterson and Beal opposed; Lowry recused) on a motion to grant a waiver of Morrill Street from 28 to 24 feet, thus the waiver was denied;
- voted 1-5 (Odokara, Silk, Tevanian, Patterson and Anton opposed; Lowry recused) on a motion to waive requirement for a hammerhead turnaround, thus the waiver was denied;
- voted 6-0 (Lowry recused) to grant a waiver of the lighting uniformity standard;
- voted 4-2 (Anton and Tevanian opposed; Lowry recused) on a motion to approve the subdivision, subject to three (3) conditions of approval;
- voted 4-2 (Anton and Tevanian opposed; Lowry recused) on a motion to approve the site plan subject to ten (11) conditions of approval; and
- voted 4-2 (Anton and Tevanian opposed; Lowry recused) to approve the Traffic Movement Permit.

| ii | Comprehensive Plan Amendment and Zone Change in the Eastern Waterfront Area. (8:00 - 9:30 p.m.) |
| The Portland Planning Board will consider a new policy statement regarding future mixed use development potential for Maine State Pier would amend the Eastern Waterfront Master Plan. The proposed zone, Eastern Waterfront Port Zone, would replace the Waterfront Portland Development Zone in the area of Maine State Pier and the Ocean Gateway Facility.
