a. See enclosed Purchase and Sale Agreement between Jackrabbit Property, LLC and City of Portland to sell a portion of City owned Thames Street property located on the East End. i. Action Requested: Vote to provide a recommendation to the City Council. b. See enclosed License Agreement between Jackrabbit Property, LLC and the City of Portland to allow joint use of Jackrabbit, LLC property and City owned Thames Street property. i. Action Requested: Vote to provide a recommendation to the City Council. c. Note: Pursuant 1 M.R.S.A. 405(6)(C), the Committee may go into executive session to discuss this item with City staff. |
| 3. | Wilmot Street/Top of Old Port City Property Disposition matter (30 minutes) – Greg Mitchell and Ann Freeman.
1. Action Requested: See enclosed memorandum from Greg Mitchell and Ann Freeman. General discussion in public and recommendation to hold an executive session to discuss real estate negotiations. 2. Note: Pursuant 1 M.R.S.A. 405(6)(C), the Committee will be going into executive session to discuss and give guidance to City staff. |
