iiComprehensive Plan Amendment and Zone Change in the Eastern Waterfront Area. A new policy statement regarding future mixed use development potential for Maine State Pier would amend the Eastern Waterfront Master Plan. The proposed zone, Eastern Waterfront Port Zone, would replace the Waterfront Portland Development Zone in the area of Maine State Pier and the Ocean Gateway Facility. (8:30 – 10:00 p.m.)
