| 1. | WORKSHOP – 3:30 p.m. i. St. Lawrence Church, Conditional Rezoning; 76 Congress Street. (4:00-5:00 p.m. estimated time subject to change) The applicant will present the proposed traffic and parking management plan for the proposed conditional rezoning agreement. ii. R-6 Text Amendment to reduce lot width requirement, Tom Watson, Applicant. (5:00 – 5:30 p.m. estimated time subject to change) The applicant is proposing a text amendment to reduce the lot width to 40 feet, which is the required lot frontage. iii. Amendments to Article VIII, Regulation of Explosives (also referred to as Blasting Ordinance) and Section 3, Public Safety Standards of the Technical Manual; City of Portland, Applicant. (5:30 – 6:15 p.m. estimated time subject to change) The City of Portland is proposing updated blasting standards, including new requirements for control of carbon monoxide migration resulting from blasting. iv. Hostels, Zoning Text Amendments; City of Portland, Applicant. (3:30 – 4:00 estimated time subject to change) The Planning Board will consider text amendments to define hostels and to determine the appropriate zones to locate this use. PUBLIC HEARING – 7:00 p.m. i. Phase II; 207-209 Fore Street; Opeechee, Applicant (7:00 – 8:00 p.m. estimated time, subject to change.) The Planning Board will consider a site and subdivision plan for a structured parking facility with 213 vehicle spaces in phase I and 4 town house units in phase II. ii. Three Unit Residential Building; 62 Cumberland Avenue; Eco Capital, LLC, Applicant. (8:00 - 8:45 p.m. estimated time subject to change) The Planning Board will consider a three-unit residential condominium project at 62 Cumberland Avenue on a 5,171 square foot lot. It will be reviewed under R-6 design standards, subdivision and site plan standards.
