iConsideration of Landmark Designation for Portland Water District Pumping Booster Station; 78 Walnut Street.
The Historic Preservation Board voted unanimously (6-0) to recommend to the City Council designation of the building as a local landmark, based on findings that it met criteria 1, 3, 4 and 5 under Sec. 14-610, as well as the integrity criteria under Sec. 14-611.
iiCertificate of Appropriateness for Porch Alterations; 172 Danforth Street; Rebecca Redlon, Applicant.
The Historic Preservation Board voted unanimously (6-0) to approve the application, subject to conditions.
iiiRequest to Amend Previously-Approved Plan; 144 Pine Street; Peter and Connie Barr, Applicants.
The Historic Preservation Board voted unanimously (6-0) to deny the applicant’s request to leave the building unpainted, based on findings that the proposal failed to meet standards 2 and 5.
ivCertificate of Appropriateness for Dormer Addition; 118 Brackett Street; Zerin Whyte and Josiah Babcock, Applicants.
The Historic Preservation Board voted unanimously (6-0) to approve the application, subject to conditions.
