| 1. | WORKSHOP – 3:30 p.m. i. Phase II, 207-209 Fore Street; Opeechee, Applicant. (3:30 – 4:15 p.m. estimated time, subject to change) The Planning Board will consider a site and subdivision plan for a structured parking facility with 213 vehicle spaces in phase I and 4 town house units in phase II. AFTERNON PUBLIC HEARING – 4:30 p.m. i. Medical Marijuana Amendments – (referred from the City Council) (4:30 – 6:00 p.m. estimated time, subject to change) The Planning Board will hold a public haring on text amendments defining registered Medical Marijuana Dispensaries and amendments to the B-2, B-3, B-7 and potentially other zones listing registered Medical Marijuana Dispensaries as a permitted use. The Board may also consider recommending a definition of “registered medical marijuana cultivation facilities” and permitting such cultivation facilities in the I-L, I-M, I-H, and B-4 zone. EVENING PUBLIC HEARING – 7:00 p.m. Unfinished Business i. Waterfront Central Zone Text Amendments; 11 Private Pier Owners, Applicants. (7:00 – 8:30 p.m. estimated time, subject to change) The Planning Board will consider revised waterfront policies and proposed text amendments for the Waterfront Central Zone (WCZ). New Business i. I-lb to B-5 Map Amendment; 170 Anderson Street; Wayne Hamilton, Applicant. (8:30 p.m. estimated time, subject to change) The Planning Board will hold a public hearing to consider a zoning text amendment to the Industrial IL-B zone to allow supply Marine products wholesaling and retailing as a permitted use and to amend the parking regulations (14-332) to require one parking space for every 1,000 square feet of marine products wholesaling and retailing in Industrial, Waterfront or Business B-6 Zones.
