After-the-Fact Review of Completed Exterior Alterations; 181 BRACKETT STREET; LearningWorks, Applicant The Board voted 5-0 (Benson, Burke absent) to deny the applicant’s request for a Certificate of Appropriateness, based on findings that the completed alterations failed to meet Standard # 9 of the ordinance. ii. Certificate of Appropriateness for Window Replacement; 197 PINE STREET; West End Commons, Applicant. The Board voted 5-0 (Benson, Burke absent) to table the application pending inspection of a mock-up of the proposed replacement window. The item was tabled with the consent of the applicant’s representatives. 4. WORKSHOP i. Preliminary Review of Proposed Exterior and Site Alterations; 294 SPRING STREET; Floyd R.
