ARequest from Olympia Equity Investors IV B, LLC for a Development Action Grant for public infrastructure improvements for project at 300 Fore Street.
BRequest for amendment to loan terms from 410 Riverside Street LLC for project at 410 Riverside Street.
4. Communication: Request for mortgage discharge from Brian and Valerie King/BVK, LLC.
5. Review and update on Bayside Parking Garage and Site Planning Technical Services project.
