NOTE: The Board will first hear opening comments from each representative, after which the Board will go into Executive Session pursuant to 1 M.R.S.A. 405(6)(F) and 5 M.R.S.A. 13119—A to review and discuss proprietary information. After review and discussion, the Board will come out of executive session and vote.
