1. WORKSHOP – 3:30 p.m.

i. Waterfront Central Zone Text Amendments; 11 Private Pier Owners, Applicants. (3:30 – 5:00 p.m. estimated time, subject to change) The Planning Board will consider proposed text amendments for the Waterfront Central Zone (WCZ.).

AFTERNOON PUBLIC HEARING – 5:00 p.m.

i. Housing Replacement Ordinance Amendments; City of Portland, Applicant (5:00 – 5:30 p.m. estimated time, subject to change) The Planning Board will consider amendments to the Housing Replacement Ordinance to update the ordinance and exclude applicability of this ordinance in zones where housing is not a permitted use.

ii. Business B-4 Text Amendment to Delete Lodging Houses as a Permitted Use, City of Portland, Applicant. (5:30 – 6:00 p.m., estimated time, subject to change). The Planning Board will consider a text amendment to remove lodging houses as a permitted use in this zone.

EVENING PUBLIC HEARING – 7:00 p.m.

i. Avesta Oak Street Efficiencies, 72 Oak Street; Avesta Oak Street, LP, Applicant. (7:00- 8:00 p.m. – estimated time, subject to change). The Portland Planning Board will consider a proposal for a 4 story, 30,201 sq. ft. building at 72 Oak Street with 37 studio apartments on the upper 3 floors with common "storefront" space and parking on the ground floor.

ii. Cumberland Cold Storage Renovation, 254 Commercial Street, Waterfront Maine LP, Applicant. (8:00-9:00 p.m. estimated time, subject to change) The Planning Board will consider a proposal to renovate and reuse the upper floors of the Cumberland Cold Storage building for office use and reconfigure on-site parking.

iii. R-P Map Amendment; Vicinity of 1326 Washington Avenue; J. David Pirone, Applicant. (9:45 – 10:30 p.m. estimated time, subject to change.) The Planning Board will consider a zone change from R-5 (Residence) to R-P (Residence Professional) zone at 1326 Washington Ave.
