NOTE: The Board will first hear opening comments from the Grant’s representative, after which the Board will go into Executive Session pursuant to 1 M.R.S.A. 405(6)(F) and 5 M.R.S.A. 13119—A to review and discuss proprietary information. After review and discussion, the Board will come out of executive session and vote.

| 4. | Funding for Economic Development FY11 Administrative Budget – Recommend to City Council a transfer of approximately $83,000 in UDAG funds, from the Real Estate Investment Fund, be used to support the Business Development Representative Position and a portion of funding for the Equal Opportunity and Multicultural Affairs Director. |
| 5. | Communication – For Your Information Providing You an Invitation to launch of Creative Portland’s website “Live/Work Portland” on Thursday, May 6, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Portland Museum of Art. |
