EVENING PUBLIC HEARING – 7:00 p.m. i. Request for an Extension of a Condition of Approval; Vicinity of 716 Stevens Avenue, University of New England, Applicant. (7:00 - 7:45 p.m. – estimated time, subject to change) The Planning Board will consider a request for an extension of time to meet the conditions of site plan approval for the College of Pharmacy at University of New England for developing a campus master plan and parking management plan. ii. Amendments to the Site Plan Ordinance, Land Use Code, Technical Manual and Design Manual; City of Portland, Applicant. (7:45 p.m. - estimated time, subject to change) The Board will consider a comprehensive set of amendments to the Site Plan Ordinance that update the types of site plan review, procedures and review standards. The Technical Manual and the Design Manual are updated to correspond with proposed site plan ordinance changes. Amendments to the Land Use Code are proposed to update cross-references.
