The Planning Board voted unanimously (7-0) to approve this item. ii. Presumpscot Street Subdivision: 383 Presumpscot Street, Timothy Sanders, Applicant. The Planning Board voted unanimously (7-0) to approve this item with six (6) conditions of approval. iii. Fee in Lieu of Parking; City of Portland, Applicant. The Planning Board voted 4-3 (Lowery, Silk, and Patterson opposed) to recommend this ordinance amendment to the City Council. |

Break for dinner; Reconvene Public Hearing at 7:00 p.m. ii. Bangor Savings Bank; Vicinity of 320 Allen Avenue, Bangor Savings Bank, Applicant. (7:30 - 8:30 p.m. – estimated time, subject to change) The Board will hold a public hearing to consider a proposal by Bangor Savings Bank for a 3,320 sq. ft. bank building, with drive-up service, at 320 Allen Avenue (currently Espos site). iii. Hotel & Restaurant; Site Plan, Subdivision and Traffic Movement Permit Review, Vicinity of 207-209 Fore Street, Old Port Hospitality, Inc., Applicant. (8:30 - 9:30 p.m. - estimated time, subject to change) The Board will hold a public hearing to consider a proposal by Old Port Hospitality for a six-story, 122 room hotel, 7,000 square foot restaurant, 12 residential condominiums and 90 surface parking spaces at 207-209 Fore Street (Jordan’s Meats Site).
