2.	AFTERNOON PUBLIC HEARING – 5:30 p.m. i. Conditional Rezoning; Vicinity of 18 Luther Street, Peaks Island; Homestart Affordable Housing, Applicant. (5:30 – 6:30 estimated time, subject to change) The Board will hold a public hearing to consider a proposal for the conditional rezoning of IR-2 by Homestart Affordable Housing to allow the development of 2 new single-family affordable housing units on Peaks Island.
3.	EVENING PUBLIC HEARING – 7:30 p.m. ii. Bangor Savings Bank; Vicinity of 320 Allen Avenue, Bangor Savings Bank, Applicant. (7:30 - 8:30 p.m. – estimated time, subject to change) The Board will hold a public hearing to consider a proposal by Bangor Savings Bank for a 3,320 sq. ft. bank building, with drive-up service, at 320 Allen Avenue (currently Espos site). iii. Hotel & Restaurant; Site Plan, Subdivision and Traffic Movement Permit Review, Vicinity of 207-209 Fore Street, Old Port Hospitality, Inc., Applicant. (8:30– 9:30 p.m. - estimated time, subject to change) The Board will hold a public hearing to consider a proposal by Old Port Hospitality for a six-story, 122 room hotel, 7,000 square foot restaurant, 12 residential condominiums and 90 surface parking spaces at 207-209 Fore Street (Jordan’s Meats Site).
