i. Review and Recommendation regarding draft National Register Nomination for the former Engine Company Number Nine Firehouse, 9-11 ARBOR STREET; request of Maine Historic Preservation Commission.

The Board voted 6-0 (Baron absent) to recommend listing of the subject property in the National Register, based on Criterion A as cited in the draft nomination. The Board also encouraged consideration of listing on the basis of Criterion C.

ii. Request to Amend Previously-Approved Sign Installation; 111 HIGH STREET (McLellan House); Portland Museum of Art, Applicant.

The Board voted 6-0 (Baron absent) to approve the application, subject to conditions.

iii. Certificate of Appropriateness for Site Alterations; 33 CARROLL STREET; John & Eva Morrill, Applicant.

With the consent of the applicant’s consultant, the Board tabled the application pending receipt of a revised proposal.

iv. Certificate of Appropriateness for New Construction; 501 DANFORTH STREET; Propsys, Applicant.

The Board voted 6-0 (Baron absent) to approve the application, subject to conditions.
