| 1. | WORKSHOP 3:30 p.m. i. Waterfront Central Zone and Policy Evaluation; 11 Private Pier Owners, Applicants. (3:30 4:15 p.m. - estimated time, subject to change) The Board will continue to review policy and zoning issues for the Central waterfront. The workshop will concentrate on the Pier Owners' submission and vision for the zone. ii. Hotel & Restaurant; Site Plan, Subdivision and Traffic Movement Permit Review, Vicinity of 207-209 Fore Street, Old Port Hospitality, Inc., Applicant. (4:15 5:00 p.m. - estimated time, subject to change) The applicant is proposing a six-story, 122 room hotel, 7,000 square foot restaurant, 12 residential condominiums and 90 surface parking spaces at 207-209 Fore Street (Jordans Meats Site). iii. Bangor Savings Bank; Vicinity of 320 Allen Avenue, Bangor Savings Bank, Applicant. (5:00 - 5:45 p.m. estimated time, subject to change). The applicant is proposing a 3,320 sq. ft. bank building, with drive-up service, at 320 Allen Avenue (currently Espos site). iv. Site Plan Standards Site Design; City of Portland, Applicant. (5:45 6:30 p.m. estimated time, subject to change) The Board will consider the draft revisions to the Site Design Site Plan standards and corresponding Technical and Design Manual details and specifications. ** There is no Public Hearing portion of this meeting.
