| 1. | WORKSHOP – 3:30 p.m. i. Site Plan Standards – Transportation; City of Portland, Applicant. (3:30 – 4:30 p.m. estimated time – subject to change) The Board will consider the proposed Transportation Site Plan Standards and the Technical Manual details and specifications. ii. Fee in Lieu of Parking; City of Portland, Applicant. 5:30 p.m. estimated time – subject to change). The Board will consider a proposed ordinance that provides a voluntary alternative to minimum parking requirements for development with a “Fee in Lieu of Parking” option. The proposed land use ordinance amendments include a reorganization of the parking requirements and the creation of a “Sustainable Transportation Fund.” There is no public hearing portion of today’s meeting.
