| 1. | WORKSHOP – 3:30 p.m. i. Discussion of Digital Planning Board Packets, City of Portland. (3:30 - 3:45 p.m. estimated time). The Board will consider a presentation from the Planning Division to convert to digital planning board packets. ii. Hotelminium; Vicinity of 18 McKinley Court, Great Diamond Island; Inn at Diamond Cove, LLC. Applicant. (3:45 - 5:00 p.m. estimated time). The Board will consider the site plan and subdivision plan for a 20 unit condominium proposed for the double barracks building at Diamond Cove on Great Diamond Island. The site is in the IR-3 zone. iii. Fee in Lieu of Parking; City of Portland, Applicant. (5:00 - 6:00 p.m. estimated time). The Board will consider a proposed ordinance that provides a voluntary alternative to minimum parking requirements for development with a “Fee in Lieu of Parking” option. The proposed land use ordinance amendments include a reorganization of the parking requirements and the creation of a “Sustainable Transportation Fund.” PUBLIC HEARING – 7:00 p.m. ROLL CALL AND DECLARATION OF QUORUM COMMUNICATIONS AND REPORTS REPORT OF ATTENDANCE AT THE PREVIOUS MEETING, HELD ON JANUARY 12TH, 2010: Afternoon Workshop: Hall, Morrissette and Silk present; Lewis (arrived 4:40), Patterson (arrived 5:00), Tevanian (arrived 6:00) and Lowry absent Evening Workshop and Public Hearing: Hall, Lewis, Morrissette, Patterson, Silk and Tevanian present; Lowry absent) REPORT OF DECISIONS AT THE PREVIOUS MEETING, HELD ON JANUARY 12TH, 2010: i. Zone Change; Vicinity of 38 India Street; PME 1 Limited Partnership, Applicant. The Board voted unanimously (6-0; Lowry absent) to recommend the rezoning to B-3 to the City Council. NEW BUSINESS i. B-2 Text Amendments; City of Portland, Applicant. (7:00 - 8:00 p.m. estimated time). The Board will consider a proposal to revise the zoning text of the B-2, B-2b and B-2c Business Zones to incorporate the R-7 density for residential development on the peninsula. EVENING WORKSHOP – 8:00 p.m. i. Site Plan Procedures, City of Portland, Applicant (8:00 p.m. estimated time). The Board will consider proposed amendments to the Site Plan Ordinance to update the site plan review procedures.
