4. ANNOUNCEMENT OF DECISIONS AT THE PREVIOUS MEETING, HELD ON JUNE 13TH, 2006.
iPine Tree Drive-Thru Amendment-Lowes; Vicinity of 1030 Brighton Avenue; Portland Pinetree, LLC, Applicant.
The Portland Planning Board voted 4-1 (Lowry recused, Silk opposed and Anton absent) to approve the site plan amendment, subject to one (1) condition of approval.
5. NEW BUSINESS
iPearl Place Site Plan, Subdivision and Conditional Use Review; Vicinity of 210 Pearl Street; Avesta Housing, Applicant.
The Portland Planning Board will hold a public hearing to consider a plan by Avesta Housing for a 60 unit attached housing development on the corner of Pearl Street, Oxford Street and Lancaster Street. This proposal supercedes a 30 unit development originally proposed for this site. A 36 unit building is proposed on Pearl Street while a 24 unit building is proposed on Oxford Street. Zoning for the site is B-7. The project is located on a site of 1.65 acres. The project will be reviewed for compliance with the Site Plan, Subdivision and Conditional Use Ordinances.
ii7-Lot Subdivision; Vicinity of Burnside Avenue; Wilson Velasquez, Applicant.
The Portland Planning Board will hold a public hearing to consider a plan by Wilson Velasquez and 4 co-applicants. The subject site is located along an undeveloped portion of Burnside Avenue in the vicinity of Dakota Street, which is located off of Ray Street. The applicant proposes to create 7 single-family residential building lots in conformance with the standards of the City's R3 zone and Subdivision Ordinance. To access these lots, the applicant proposes to construct an approximately 515 foot extension of Burnside Avenue running to the east of Dakota Street. A temporary detention pond will be constructed on one of the lots.
