i. Certificate of Appropriateness for Storefront Alterations; 671 Congress Street; Natasak Wongsaichua, Applicant. The Board voted 6-0 (Turk absent) to approve the application, subject to conditions.

ii. Certificate of Appropriateness for Freestanding Sign Installation; 134 Federal Street; Cumberland County Courthouse, Applicant. With the consent of the applicant, the Board voted 6-0 (Turk absent) to table the application pending receipt of a revised proposal.

iii. Certificate of Appropriateness for Front Door Replacement; 57 Spruce Street; Charlotte Maloney, Applicant. With the consent of the applicant, the Board voted 6-0 (Turk absent) to table the application, pending investigation of alternative solutions.

iv. Certificate of Appropriateness for Window Replacement; 150 Spring Street; Rufus Brown, Applicant. The Board voted 5-1 (Burke opposed; Turk absent) to approve the application, subject to conditions.
