| 1. | AFTERNOON PUBLIC HEARING – 3:30 p.m. ROLL CALL AND DECLARATION OF QUORUM COMMUNICATIONS AND REPORTS REPORT OF ATTENDANCE AT THE PREVIOUS MEETING, HELD ON: December 8, 2009 Workshop: Silk, Hall, Lewis, Lowry, Tevanian and Morrisette present; Patterson absent. December 8, 2009 Afternoon Public Hearing: Silk, Hall, Lewis, Lowry, Tevanian and Morrisette present; Patterson absent. December 8, 2009 Evening Public Hearing: All members were present. REPORT OF DECISIONS AT THE PREVIOUS MEETING, HELD ON DECEMBER 8TH, 2009: i. Maine State Pier Fish Processing; Change of Use and Conditional Use Review; Ready Brothers, Applicant. The Planning Board voted unanimously 6-0 (Patterson absent) that the use is consistent with the EWPZ Conditional Use Standards, Shoreland Zoning and Site Plan Standards subject to five (5) conditions of approval. ii. Waynflete Overlay Zone; Waynflete School, Applicant. The Planning Board voted 5-2 (Hall and Patterson opposed) to recommend the proposed Waynflete School Overlay Zone Map and Text Amendments to the City Council with three (3) text revisions. NEW BUSINESS i. Places of Assembly; City of Portland, Applicant. The Board will consider zoning text amendments for places of assembly, including places of worship, private clubs and fraternal organizations and community halls. The amendments establish small, medium and large lot sizes and floor area limits, and revised parking requirements for such institutions in all residential areas.
