1. Places of Assembly; City of Portland, Applicant. The Board will hold an afternoon public hearing to consider zoning text amendments for places of assembly, including places of worship, private clubs and fraternal organizations and community halls. The amendments establish small, medium and large lot sizes and floor area limits, and revised parking requirements for such institutions in all residential areas.
