| 1. | WORKSHOP – 3:30 p.m. i. Places of Assembly; City of Portland, Applicant. (3:30 – 4:30 estimated time) The Board will hold a workshop to consider zoning text amendments for places of assembly, including places of worship, private clubs and fraternal organizations and community halls. The amendments establish small, medium and large lot sizes and floor area limits, and revised parking requirements for such institutions in all residential areas. ii. Site Plan Standards – Environment and Public Safety, City of Portland, Applicant. (4:30 – 5:30 estimated time) The applicant is proposing revised Site Plan Standards and Technical Manual Specifications pertaining to environmental and public safety standards. AFTERNOON PUBLIC HEARING – 5:30 p.m. i. Maine State Pier Fish Processing; Change of Use and Conditional Use Review; Ready Brothers, Applicant. The Planning Board will consider a plan by Ready Brother's Seafood to occupy 10,000 sq. ft. of the Portland Ocean Terminal Building at the Maine State Pier. The project will be reviewed as a major site plan change of use and conditional use, seafood distribution, in the Eastern Waterfront Port Zone. EVENING PUBLIC HEARING – 7:00 p.m. i. Waynflete Overlay Zone; Waynflete School, Applicant. The Planning Board will consider an overlay zone proposed by Waynflete School that incorporates the School’s existing land holdings and several off-site residential properties adjacent to their campus in the vicinity of 360 Spring Street. The amendments would guide the future growth of the school. ii.
