| The Portland Planning Board will hold a workshop to consider a plan by Morrills Crossing, LLC for a mixed use development. The project will consist of retail, office, restaurant, residential and recreational uses, together with associated parking for the uses. The project will be reviewed for compliance with the Site Plan, Subdivision and an MDOT Traffic Permit.
Workshop meetings are informational - no vote or final action is taken. There is no public hearing portion of this meeting.
