WORKSHOP – 3:30 p.m. i. WCZ Text Amendment; Waterfront Central Zone (WCZ), Property Owners, Applicant. (3:30 – 4:30 p.m.) The applicant is proposing to allow additional non-marine uses, to allow non-marine uses within 150 feet of Commercial Street, to revise parking requirements and other revisions within WCZ. At this workshop, the Planning Board will consider a process to evaluate the underlying policy of the zone. ii. B-2, B-2b and B-2c Text Amendment; City of Portland, Applicant. (4:30 – 5:30 p.m.)The Board will consider proposed amendments to the B-2, B-2b and B-2c zones to increase residential density on peninsula and to clarify dimensional requirements. iii. Text Amendment - Nonconformity – 14-388, City of Portland, Applicant. (7:45 – 8:30 p.m.) The applicant is proposing to repeal the non-conformity provision regarding area of dwelling.
