| 1. | WORKSHOP – 3:30 p.m. i. WCZ Text Amendment; Waterfront Central Zone (WCZ), Property Owners, Applicant. (3:30 – 4:30 p.m.) The applicant is proposing to allow additional non-marine uses, to allow non-marine uses within 150 feet of Commercial Street, to revise parking requirements and other revisions within WCZ. At this workshop, the Planning Board will consider a process to evaluate the underlying policy of the zone. ii. B-2, B-2b and B-2c Text Amendment; City of Portland, Applicant. (4:30 – 5:30 p.m.)The Board will consider proposed amendments to the B-2, B-2b and B-2c zones to increase residential density on peninsula and to clarify dimensional requirements. iii. B-7 Text Amendment; City of Portland, Applicant. (5:30 – 6:15 p.m.) The Board will consider proposed amendments to the B-7 zone to provide more flexible provisions for surface parking and vertical expansion of buildings exceeding the maximum street setback. |

(7:00 – 7:45 p.m.) The applicant is proposing the reuse and redevelopment from office use to a credit union with a drive-through window. ii. Text Amendment - Nonconformity – 14-388, City of Portland, Applicant. (7:45 – 8:30 p.m.) The applicant is proposing to repeal the non-conformity provision regarding area of dwelling.
