| 1. | On Wednesday, October 21, 2009 the Portland Historic Preservation Board will conduct a site visit of the Waynflete Campus and abutting properties affected by a proposed Waynflete School Overlay Zone. Following the site visit, the Board will reconvene in City Hall for a public hearing and vote on its communication to the Planning Board regarding the overlay zone. AGENDA: Site Visit – 4:30 p.m., meet at 360 Spring Street. No public comment will be taken. Meeting will reconvene at 6:30 p.m., Room 209, 2nd Floor, City Hall. |

Certificate of Appropriateness for Rear Deck Replacement, 396 Fore Street (Wharf Street Elevation); Richard Pfeffer, Applicant. The Board voted 6-0 (Baron absent) to approve option 2c. iii. Certificate of Appropriateness for Sign Installation; 83Exchange Street; Jay Villani, Applicant. The Board voted 6-0 (Baron absent) to approve.
