i. Certificate of Appropriateness for Exterior Alterations (After-the-Fact Review); 515 Cumberland Avenue; Fesenko Estate, LLC, Applicant.

The Historic Preservation Board voted 6-0 (Benson absent) that the alterations failed to meet Standards #2 & #6 of the Historic Preservation Ordinance.

ii. Request for Building Reclassification from “Contributing” to “Non-Contributing” Structure; 515 Cumberland Avenue; Fesenko Estate, LLC, Applicant.

The Historic Preservation Board voted 6-0 (Benson absent) that the subject structure meets the definition of a “contributing” structure and other applicable criteria and did not approve the request for reclassification.

Note: Board to review and approve draft decision letter which addresses items i and ii above.

iii. Certificate of Appropriateness for Exterior Alterations and Building Addition; 23Neal Street; Second Parish Orthodox Presbyterian Church, Applicant.

The Historic Preservation Board voted 6-0 (Benson absent) to approve the application subject to conditions.

iv. Certificate of Appropriateness for Comprehensive Building Rehabilitation, including Building Addition and Site Modifications; Double Barracks, Fort McKinley Historic District; Bateman Partners LLC., Applicant.

The Historic Preservation Board voted 6-0 (Benson absent) to approve the application subject to conditions.
