1. WORKSHOP - 3:30 P.M.

i. Waynflete Overlay Zone; Vicinity of 360 Spring Street; Waynflete School, Applicant. (3:30 – 4:30 p.m. – estimated time, subject to change) The applicant is proposing an overlay zone to regulate future plans of the Waynflete School.

ii. Burnham Arms Parking Lot; Conditional Use and Sit Plan; Vicinity of 627-629 Congress Street; Burnham Enterprises, Applicant. (4:30 – 5:00 p.m. – estimated time, subject to change) The applicant is proposing a gravel parking lot.

iii. Site Plan Standards – Environmental (5:00 – 6:00 p.m. – estimated time, subject to change) The Board will consider the proposed environmental quality Site Plan standards and the Technical Manual details and specifications.
2. PUBLIC HEARING - 7:00 P.M.

i. Avenue Auto Conditional Use/Amended Site Plan; Vicinity of 757 Forest Avenue; Steve Mardigan, Applicant. (7:00 – 7:30 p.m. – estimated time, subject to change) The applicant is proposing to construct an automobile dealership. Amendments to the approved site plan include relocating the building and alterations to the proposed doorways.

ii. Conditional Rezoning; Vicinity of 47-83 Kensington Street; Maine Yacht Center, Applicant. (7:30 – 8:30 p.m. – estimated time, subject to change) The applicant is proposing a contract/conditional agreement to rezone a portion of the property from R-3 to the I-L zone to permit the yacht center to expand its existing commercial marine facility for outdoor storage, and for seasonal minor repair and maintenance of boats, masts, stands and related marine equipment.

iii. Downtown Entertainment Overlay Zone Text Amendments; City of Portland, Applicant. (8:30 p.m. – estimated time, subject to change) The City Council has forwarded two text amendments for the Planning Board’s consideration that 1) would exempt non-amplified entertainment venues from the 100 dispersal, or 2) to repeal the dispersal requirement.
