The Portland Planning Board voted unanimously 5-0 (Anton and Silk absent) to approve the subdivision.
iiOld Canal Place 6-lot Subdivision; Vicinity of 1657 Westbrook Street; Second Chance Properties, Applicant.
The Portland Planning Board voted unanimously 5-0 (Silk and Anton absent) to grant the waiver of Technical Standard for stormwater runoff rates; voted 4-1 (Tevanian opposed; Silk and Anton absent) to waive the sidewalk on the easterly side of Old Canal Place; voted 1-4 (Tevanian in support; Beal, Patterson, Lowry, Odokara opposed; Silk and Anton absent) thereby denying the waiver of new granite curbing along the Westbrook Street frontage; voted unanimously 5-0 (Silk and Anton absent) to grant the waiver of sidewalk along the Westbrook Street frontage; and voted unanimously 5-0 (Silk and Anton absent) to approve the subdivision subject to 7 conditions of approval.

The Portland Planning Board voted unanimously 5-0 (Silk and Anton absent) to recommend the OP and RPZ rezoning to the City Council; and voted unanimously 5-0 (Silk and Anton absent) to recommend the proposed amendment to the OP text.
ivDesign Standards Review; USM Overlay Zone Campus Design Principles and Standards.
The Portland Planning Board voted unanimously 5-0 (Silk and Anton absent) to adopt the USM Design Principles and Standards.
5. NEW BUSINESS
iPine Tree Drive-Thru Amendment-Lowes; Vicinity of 1030 Brighton Avenue; Portland Pinetree, LLC, Applicant.
The Portland Planning Board will hold a public hearing to consider a plan by Heritage Realty Limited Partnership 2 for an amendment to the Lowe's/Pinetree Shopping Center plan to allow a bank drive-through along Brighton Avenue.
