The Portland Community Health Center, located at 180 Park Street, provides quality health care that is accessible, affordable, and culturally sensitive. As a primary care medical facility, we accept all private insurance as well as Medicare and Medicaid. For patients without insurance, we have a sliding-fee scale.
The Health Center is a medical home for those in need of consistent care and services, particularly the underserved. Interpreter services are available for those whose primary language is not English.
