-Vaccines for VFC Eligible Children
Begining January 1, 2009, ALL vaccines supplied by the Immunization Program should only be administered to children 0 – 18 who are:
Medicaid Eligible
American Indian/Alaskan Native
Uninsured
Underinsured
-Vaccines for Non-VFC Eligible Children and Adults
All pediatric and adult immunizations are available at the India Street Public Health Center at 103 India Street in Portland. The Health Center can provide immunization services to clients for visit fee of $15 plus the cost of vaccines ($20-$130). Patients may pay with cash, check or credit card and file claims with their insurers for reimbursement. Patients can call 874-8446 to schedule an appointment for vaccinations.
