The Health Care for the Homeless clinic offers health care services to adults experiencing homelessness. The center’s services range from primary care check-ups to immunization and testing. We make referrals to specialists as necessary.
Mental health and substance abuse services are also available on site. Interpreter services are available for those whose primary language is not English.

The Health Care for the Homeless Program also offers services at the Preble Street Teen Center at 343 Cumberland Avenue, Portland.
Services are available through Healthcare for the Homeless if you:
Health Clinic Hours:
Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Dental Clinic Hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Health Care for the Homeless offers both walk-in health clinic services and the ability to schedule an appointment for services. Please call (207) 874-8445 or stop by for assistance.
