The Green Building Incentive Task Force was established to study and develop a green building incentive program for construction in the City.  Issues for consideration by the Task Force shall include development of a green building incentive program in the City Code, consideration of the fiscal implications and feasibility of such a proposed program, and consideration of the administrative implications and feasibility of such a proposed program. The Task Force has also been charged with reviewing the administrative review process for the existing Green Building Ordinance and make recommendations as appropriate. The Task Force will report its findings and recommendations to the Energy and Environmental Sustainability Committee on or before June 2, 2011 and the Council on or before September 19, 2011.
