Archiving Documents

6/12/2007 - As mandated by State Law, we are required to archive records associated with building permits and municipal documents. As of the year 2000, we have the ability to scan documents, however, there is a high volume of backlog to archive. Our staff is able to keep up to date on the newly created records, but we need assistance on the daily documents that multiply. This archiving will assist our staff and customers that perform research on properties for zoning determinations, approved building permits, acquisitions and sales. Assistance is requested for scanning and boxing files for storage.
