Building Code Books $1,000

5/29/2007 - The City of Portland has adopted the International Code Council's body of codes. This includes several books on codes such as: The International Building Code, Residential Code, Mechanical Code, Existing Building Code and the Energy Efficient Code. We also have adopted the Maine State Internal Plumbing and Subsurface Waste Disposal Codes along with the NFPA Lifesafety and associated codes. We have several requests for these resources, many people would like to purchase the materials. Since these books are costly, we cannot purchase a volume to stock for potential sales. We would like to make these available upon request and feel this would be of great service to our customers.
