3/5/2008 - Partners for Livable Communities extended its "Entrepreneurial American Community Award" to the City of Portland, Maine for attracting and using the range of economic, cultural, and racial diversity present in the Bayside neighborhood as the catalyst and stabilizing factor during its redevelopment and revitalization.
