1. Approval of Minutes of March 13, 2007 Public Safety Meeting

2. Staff Update re Sidewalk Snow Removal; Research of Other Cities' Snow Removal Programs

3. Proposal to Amend Section 28-172 of the City Code (Banning trucks of a certain weight from certain streets). Requested by AAA to accommodate need to use a large tow truck in some circumstances.

4. Proposed changes to B-3c Zone. The owners of 575 Congress Street are requesting a change to the B-3c Zone (Forest Avenue between Cumberland Avenue and Congress Street) to allow them to operate a drinking establishment in that location, called "The Skinny".

5. Proposed Amendment to Chapter 15 (Licensing) setting timeframe for reapplication for City licenses.
