a Eliminate eleven (22) on-street parking spaces along in-bound Forest AVenue just south of intersection with Stevens Avenue
b Alter the traffic circulation from two-way to one-way (westbound only) for a short stretch of Read Street at its intersection with Adelaide Street and with Forest Avenue
