2. Public comment on the business agenda
3. Approval of the minutes from the April 15, 2010 meeting -- Action Item.
4. Announcements – Commissioners
a Next meeting is Thursday, April 29, the meeting will continue the review of Charter language
b Thursday, May 6: first reading of preliminary report.
5. Review of the Charter language as amended for the technical changes and for Ranked Choice Voting(6:00 PM) (Up to date drafts will be circulated and posted by Wednesday afternoon. Please read it in advance and come prepared with any questions or suggested changes to the drafting. We will deal with questions and suggestions rather than working through the language line by line.)
6. Adjourn (8:30 PM)

Thursday, May 6: First reading of the proposed Charter Changes

Friday, May 21: Publication of Preliminary Report
Thursday, June 10: public hearing on the Preliminary Report
Thursday, June 24: discussion of any changes based on public input
Thursday, July 1: agreement on any changes to the Preliminary Report
Thursday, July 8: final passage of any amendments to the Preliminary report
