AGENDA

0. Purpose: to provide for informal table conversations that will give the Commission broad public input on the issues under discussion and the preliminary decisions made to date
Desired Outcomes:
· A list of the individuals’ comments from the various tables
· A sense of what was most important to the different table discussions
Agenda:

1. Call to Order and Review of Meeting. Chair Plumb (7:00 PM.)
a. Review of meeting purpose, desired outcomes, process and ground rules
b. Review of the handouts available

2. Report on the overall Charter Review Process and what has been done to date: Chair Plumb

3. Public Conversations Chair Plumb (7:15 PM)
a. Identify the number of groups needed and the subjects that will be discussed at each table
b. Each table will have three 20 minute conversations on three different topics. Commission members will be present at each table to keep careful notes of comments made during the conversations.
c. What other comments do you have on the Charter Commission’s work?
d. Brief summery of one key point from each table
