To Residents and Property Owners: The Portland Planning Board will hold a workshop to consider a revised Level III Site Plan and Master Development Plan for the Portland Square development, a phased mixed-use project located at 1 Portland Square. The 6.45-acre site is zoned B-3 and is bound by Spring, Commercial, Center, Cotton and Cross Streets. The workshop is an opportunity for the applicant to present a plan to the Planning Board in an informal session which is open to the public. Public Comments will be taken at this meeting.  Written comments should be submitted to planningboard@portlandmaine.gov. Please refer to the document, Guide to Public Participation in the Planning Board Process, for revised procedures for public comment which can be found at http://www.portlandmaine.gov/551/Development-Review.

The subject property is 366,067 square feet in size and is zoned B-5b. The workshop is an opportunity for the applicant to present a plan to the Planning Board in an informal session which is open to the public. Public Comments will be taken at this meeting. The subject property is a 33.5 acre medical campus zoned I-L, C26 and I-H. Public Comments will be taken at this meeting. Written comments should be submitted to planningboard@portlandmaine.gov.
